Group exercise classes are among the most popular exercise programs offered by the YMCA. Whether you're a beginner or a disciplined athlete, we have a wide variety of classes for all levels. Burn calories, sculpt, shape and increase muscle tone—all in a friendly, social environment.

These programs offer a small-group training experience in a specialty subject. In an intimate setting, take your training to the next level! These programs have an additional fee for the 7-week program.

We offer outstanding recreational sports programs for participants aged 18 and older! Hone your athletic skills, get in the best shape of your life and have fun while you're at it—even on your lunch hour!
