We offer a variety of programs designed for older adults seeking to improve their cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility. We also offer great social programs such as workshops, game days, book clubs and more.

We offer memberships for seniors whose health insurance includes Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, Silver&Fit, and AARP Medicare Supplement (not available at East Hartford YMCA). We are dedicated to our senior community, and are continuously expanding our programs and classes.
