Train Like a Mother Level 1

Program for Mom's of any age focusing on pelvic floor dysfunction or pelvic core instability including urinary incontinence, painful intercourse, pelvic and low back pain.

A more advanced class geared toward ladies who have completed the first phase of this program. Focusing on core and pelvic floor strengthening to get you back to pre-pregnancy shape. Open to anyone who wants to focus on core and pelvic floor strengthening - being a mother is not a requirement.

Weightlifting 101

Whether you are new to the gym, have taken a break from the gym, or you would just like a refresher routine, this program is for you. Trainer Richard Charry will bring the group through a full-body routine week by week and teach you how to lift weights properly.

Women on Weights

Teaching 7 different lifts over the course of 7 weeks. All lifts are functional movements and applicable to every day life. Participants will learn proper technique and mechanics and how to use the movement in a workout or group exercis class.
