EVENT SUCCESS We want to thank everyone that supported the TRI FOR THE BATTLE event on March 28, 2015. The event raised over $40,000 for the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program for cancer survivors. This money will give 80 cancer survivors the opportunity to take participate in the program throughout the year. On Friday the event opened with a Zumba party dancing with 80 participants. Following Meg Winzer, Zumba Instructor, on Saturday was a successful 4-hour cycle event with 165 riders lead by Suzi Moraski, Jen Lehman, Lindsay Klorer, and Jackie Voelker. Wrapping-up the event on Sunday was Mary Fuller, Yoga Instructor, and 21 other yogis. This was “so much more than a fundraiser” said Jackie Voelker.
