Dodgeball is tons of fun for all kids. Players will use kid-friendly gator skin dodgeballs that eliminate sting and injury of rubber dodgeballs for fun and safe play. Safe rules will be enforced that encourage chest and below hits and prohibit head shots. Teams will be grouped by grade and skill level for fun and competitive play.
Gaga is a fast paced, high energy sport similar to dodgeball and played in an octagonal pit. It is played with a soft foam ball, and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping, while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees. Fun and easy, everyone gets a serious workout.
Lacrosse is the fastest growing team sport in the country. In our noncompetitive and skill building environment, your young athlete can learn the fundamentals and terminology of boys or girls lacrosse. Skill development followed by age-appropriate scrimmaging.
In this class a new sport is introduced each week! Examples may include soccer, hockey, basketball, T-ball, volleyball and more!. Warm up and stretching is followed by skill development and a game. The children will learn team spirit and sportsmanship, all while having fun! Along the way, the children will also gain improved motor skills, hand eye coordination, and socialization.
Kids interested in the game of tennis will benefit from basic fundamental instruction. Youth Tennis focuses on basic fundamentals, including basic ground strokes (forehand, backhand), the serve, scoring, and rally. Beginner lessons are structured around skill-building games and exercises that incorporate the fundamentals of tennis into a game based approach.
This program teaches youth about the various events in track & field while coaching the body mechanics necessary to excel in the sport. Speed, strength, flexibility and coordination; this sport encompasses the foundations for all sports.
