Regardless of your level of fitness, we have a strength class for you to help you enhance your flexibility, balance and overall muscle strength. From abs, glutes & legs to total body conditioning, choose the workout that's right for you.

Lift

LIFT is a strength and conditioning class that uses a variety of equipment to strengthen and tone all your major groups.

Strength Train Together

STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER is the most enjoyable way to train! This class will blast all your muscles with high-rep weight training. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Music and a group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best.

Bootcamp

This high-energy program includes an intense cardiovascular workout and strength-training drills, and is designed for those seeking an intense boost to a regular workout routine. Develop strength, stamina, and agility.

STRONG by Zumba®

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Butts & Guts

A class dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it'll also target your quads and hamstrings.

Cardio

Burn calories, sculpt, shape, and increase muscle tone—all in a friendly, social environment.

Bootcamp

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT is a form of interval training with an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. Intense cardiovascular exercise that improves athletic capacity and condition. Also improves fat burning and glucose metabolism.

Pound

POUND! Fuses full-body cardio interval training and conditioning with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout that gives you the permission to rock using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks called RipStix.

MetCon

Metabolic Condition is a high intensity class combining a variety of weightlifting, cardio, and plyometric movements for ultimate fat burning results.

Zumba®

Zumba® is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. Zumba® consists of Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. The name Zumba® is derived from a Colombian word meaning to move fast and have fun.

Group Cycle

These high-energy group cycling classes combine heart-pumping music and instructor motivation with the body-changing effects of cardiovascular cycling. Work out at your own pace and enjoy the exhilaration of this challenging and inspiring exercise.

A high-energy class that simulates an actual ride targeting heart rate zone training, lower body strength, endurance, and lots of sweat. Appropriate music is played to help motivate you through the ride.

Group Cycle & Strength

Burn optimal calories through cardio and muscle conditioning combined into one class. Cycling challenges the heart and lungs. The addition of a variety of strength movements with weights and bodyweight will continue to challenge your muscles off the bike. Instructor will help with the initial adjustment of the bikes for comfort and safety.

Dance Exercise

Dance your way into fitness! Dancing gets your heart going along with improving your coordination. Have fun by getting a terrific workout into your schedule!

Zumba®

Mind-Body, Yoga & Pilates

Mind and body classes, like yoga or pilates, are ideal for those wishing to improve flexibility, balance and tone while strengthening core muscle groups. These no-impact, low-intensity workouts include stretching and core-muscle training exercises to enhance mobility, create long strong muscles, a flat stomach, strong back, improved posture and a more streamlined body. Perfect for any age or fitness level.

Yoga

A multi-level class for both new and experienced students. Yoga will help cultivate self-awareness and stress reduction while exploring strength, flexibility and balance. Using breath work, alignment, postures, sequences and relaxation techniques, students will leave having learned tools to use for their lifelong well-being.

Vinyasa Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Pilates

This method of total body conditioning trains both body and mind with a series of exercises that focus on increasing a balance of strength and flexibility through a use of flowing movements and breathing.

Gentle Pilates

Tai Chi

Water Exercise

These popular classes are designed for the general population—all are welcome. The class participants will experience a great cardio workout while providing low-impact, muscular resistance, and a wide range of exercises.

Deep Water Cardio

Take a load off you feet and join us in a deep water cardio class! Using a waist support, this class will release joint pressure and give you a great work out at the same time!

Shallow Water Fitness

Wake up and start your day with a comprehensive workout! This class includes stretching, toning, and core work. Feel refreshed and energized to enjoy the rest of your day! This is a great class for ALL Fitness Levels!

Poolates

Effective and challenging, Poolates® is soothing to the mind and spirit and gentler on joints and muscles than land-based exercises. Poolates® innovatively uses the buoyancy, resistance, and gentle movement of water to strengthen muscles, enhance flexibility and posture, sharpen coordination and balance, and relax body and soul. Poolates® - the perfect marriage of the principles of Pilates.

Aqua Arthritis

This class uses a gentle range-of motion workout to help people with arthritis improve joint flexibility and decrease pain or stiffness through the warmth, buoyancy and gentle resistance of an aquatic environment

Aquacise

Come join us for lots of upbeat music, cardio exercise and shallow water stretching! This class combines water cardio workouts, strength training with weights and noodles and end the class with some stretching and water yoga poses.

Senior Fitness

We offer a variety of fitness programs specifically designed for the older adults who seek cardiovascular, muscular strength, and flexibility exercise. In addition, we offer water exercise classes that are gentle on the joints. See above!

Silver Sneakers® Classic

Silver Sneakers® Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Silver Sneakers® Circuit

Circuit is designed to improve cardio fitness by alternating cardio and strength intervals. Our cardio segments will elevate your heart rate and improve coordination. Strength intervals will mix isolation strength with full body mobility work

Senior Strength & Balance

A perfect fit for the beginner or anyone looking to improve flexibility and strength, two factors that have been proven to help reduce falls and improve balance.

Senior Cardio

A cardio class for Active Older Adults or those brand new to fitness. Lower cardio intensity options and no core floor work will raise heart rates for a total body workout, including cardio endurance. Intermediate/Advanced Senior fitness level.

Tai Chi
