Chase Race Training

Chase Race Training will consist of specific exercises to prepare for the obstacles and terrain encountered on the race course. Work will consist of agility, speed, power, and strength, for climbing, crawling, pushing, pulling, running and jumping. It will also help to develop mental toughness to be race ready.
