Youth Track (Grades 3-8)

The goal of our running program is to intoduce kids to running and to teach them the basic aspects of the sport.  The main thing is for them to have fun while learning the benifits of running and being fit.  A typical practice would consist of a combination of distance runs, drills/plyometrics, relay races, and hills to teach running form.
