2. Guppy (Ages 6 & Up)

This class is designed for the swimmer who has learned front crawl with rotary breathing and can switch from their front to their back (back float) while swimming 25 yards. Emphasis will be on front crawl, back strokes, side swimming, kneeling dives, endurance, and personal water safety.
