Ancient Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth body movements described as "meditation in motion". Tai Chi will help improve balance, enhance strength and flexibility, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and ease chronic pain.

Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance is a evidence-based fall prevention program for older adults.  The program is delivered in two 45-minute sessions each week for 12 weeks.  Each session consists of warm-up exercises; core practices, which include a mix of practice of forms, variations of forms, mini-therapeutic movements; and a  brief cool-down.  Designed to improve balance and rduce the likelihood of falling.
