Baby will love snuggling up close to you while you dance and exercise to fun music. This class incorporates cardio, strength training for arms and legs, and focused abdominal work. Baby is in front carrier for the cardio and strength portion of the class, and can also be incorporated into the abdominal and floor exercises.
* Your baby must be old enough to control his/her head. * Moms must be cleared by physician to exercise. * Baby carriers required.
