Over $900,000 of assistance was distributed to over 1,000 kids who participated in YMCA day and over night camps.
SUMMER CAMP IMPACT
• 57% of day campers and 60% of overnight campers reported they have become more physically active;
• 59% of day campers and 81% of overnight campers reported making new friends;
• 49% of day campers and 66% of overnight campers reported building confidence; and
• 58% of day camp respondents and 72% of overnight camp respondents reported that the Y is a resource for nurturing
the potential of children.
