The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) technique of Tabata intervals is used to supercharge your TRX Suspension Training workout. The Tabata technique alternates periods of high intensity exercise with short rest periods for a specified number of sets. Constantly challenging yourself is the key to getting results.
