Workout Wednesdays are the BEST way to spend your lunchtime! Join us for outdoor group exercise classes on the grassy front lawn of the Old State House, right across the brick road from the Downtown YMCA. We'll sweat, we'll dance, and we'll have FUN! Each Wednesday will feature a different class, from bootcamp to boxing conditioning to Zumba and yoga!
Classes are FREE for all, but donations are encouraged (suggested donation per class: $5) to help support our Community Campaign, which provides financial assistance for children, teens, adults and families who cannot afford the full cost of Y membership or Y classes.
