Silver Sneakers Classic

The goal of the class is to help participants increase strength, range of motion, agility, balance and coordination utilizing various equipment
including resistance bands and chairs. 

Silver Sneakers Splash

Silver Sneakers Splash is a fun, shallow water exercise class that uses a splash board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance.

Aqua Fit

Aqua fitness provides a combination of cardio and strength conditioning with low impact on your joints. Participation in the class will improve cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength.
