Gymnastics Academy (Ages 4 & up)

Come join us for our summer Gymnastics Academy! Improve and learn new gymnastics skills with our experienced staff. Children will receive gymnastics instruction while having fun and learning values such as Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Each day includes gymnastics instruction plus activities including Swimming, Rock Wall Climbing, Crafts, Games, and outdoor activities! Children are divided into groups by skill level.  Preschool two day program will not swim & climb. If you have any questions, please call 653-5524 x127.

Indoor Climbing Academy (Grades 1 - 8)

Join us for this popular indoor program.  New for 2012 is an all-new touch pad timing system for racing and challenge courses! Participants will learn climbing techniques, terminology, knot tying, and route setting with time allotted for swimming and outdoor activities.

Parkour Academy

Join us for a crazy half day of parkour! Participants will learn to vault, flip and climb over obstacles. Learn to safely and creatively maneuver through any environment.

Preschool Sports Academy (Ages 3-5)

This fun filled week long program introduces your child to the fundamentals of a different sport each day! We will learn basketball, soccer, T-Ball, floor hockey and more!

Rookie Tennis Academy (Ages 3-5)

Join us indoors for this beginner tennis program. We provide all equipment and have an indoor regulation net. Fundamentals of racquet grip, swing, and ball return will be covered in this program.

Soccer Academy (Ages 4-8)

Join us for a fun half day of soccer! Participants will learn basic soccer skills and play small-sided games.

Youth Track (Grades 3-8)

The goal of our running program is to intoduce kids to running and to teach them the basic aspects of the sport.  The main thing is for them to have fun while learning the benifits of running and being fit.  A typical practice would consist of a combination of distance runs, drills/plyometrics, relay races, and hills to teach running form.
