Ballet & Jazz Combo Level 1 (Ages 4 - 7)

This class begins where Music Movement left off. We will continue to use ballet to work on body control, posture and balance while the tap section will focus on coordination and fun.

Ballet (Ages 3-18)

This class will encourage imagination, creativity, musicality, and graceful movement.  Participants are taught basic ballet positions and movement while learning class etiquette and how to follow instructions in an enjoyable environment.

Break Dance (Ages 8-18)

Break Dance - also called B-boying or Breaking.  Break Dance is a form of Street Dance that originated as a part of the Hip-Hop culture. While extremely diverse in dance variation, B-Boying consists of four primary elements: Toprock, Downrock, Power Moves, and Freezes. B-Boying is typically danced to Hip-Hop.

Creative Movement (Ages 3-4)

This introductory class is designed for the early development of dance.  It precisely meets the needs and limitations of pre-school aged children by providing a carefully paced sequence of movements to develop physical conditioning, strengthen listening skills, coordination, left and right discrimination and loco motor movement.  Since children respond naturally to music, the activities are presented through Hip Hop and cultural dance styles.

Dancing Darlings (Ages 3 - 6)

This class will work on beginning ballet steps, creative movement, rhythm and coordination. Dance to music ranging from Disney to Brahms. Soft-soled ballet shoes or slippers recommended.

Drill (Ages 8 -12)

Drill, also know as Step, is made up of a collection of rythms that are made by clapping onese hands or stomping ones feet to a base beat all while moving into different formations.  Drill blends the aspects of  dance, acrobatics and marching into a fun power packed activity.

Liturgical Dance (Ages 12 - Adult)

If you’re interested in dance and you want to broaden your skill set, here’s your chance!  In this class you’ll be introduced to Liturgical dance also known as Praise dance. This genre of dance is rooted in raw emotion and inspirational movement with the sole purpose of encouraging and motivating the soul. The use of props, pantomime and sign language are blended with artistic motion.  Beginners and advance dancers are all welcome!

Rising Stars Summer Program (Ages 6-14)

Wilson-Gray's  "Let's Dance" Rising Star summer program is a unique 10 week dance clinic that provides youth ages 6-14 an opportunity to focus on strengthening dance fundamentals, hone their performance skills, and participate in a performance.  All participants are selected through an open audition in June.
