Y Basketball classes supply the perfect opportunity for your child to get fit, make new friends and develop fundamental basketball skills.  They may not be able to dunk, but they'll learn motor skills, hand-eye coordination and most of all good sportsmanship and how to be a team player!

Our youth soccer program focuses on team work, basic soccer skills and emphasizes the importance of physical fitness. Each session will include warm up exercises, guided instruction and a modified game.
